Trade Alert: Close Northrop Grumman (NOC)

Today, we’re officially closing out Northrop Grumman (NOC). As I write this, we’re down -20.4% in the model portfolio.

The optimal seasonal window for NOC ends today. As I mentioned in yesterday’s update, this trade marks our second loser of 2026 so far and our biggest. It’s not fun, but inevitably we will experience losses, and some of them will be outsized like this one.

This is why proper risk management and position sizing is so important – that way, no single trade causes an outsized hit to your overall trading portfolio.
