Why Calumet Stock Flopped on Friday

Calumet's stock dropped nearly 11% on Friday after the oil products company reported fourth-quarter 2025 earnings that missed profitability expectations. While the company achieved 9% revenue growth to $1.04 billion and exceeded analyst revenue estimates, it significantly underperformed on net loss per share ($0.43 vs. expected $0.22). Two of three divisions saw declining adjusted EBITDA, though the specialty products division showed strong growth. Despite CEO claims of $100 million in cost reductions and balance sheet improvements, the analyst remains cautious about the company's growth trajectory.
