First Commerce Bancorp, Inc. announced the successful completion of a private placement of $40 million in 7.75% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2035. The notes will initially bear a fixed rate of 7.75% until December 2030, then convert to a floating rate based on SOFR plus 432 basis points.
