Winshear Gold Corp. engages in the exploration and development of the Gaban Gold project and the Tinka iron oxide copper-gold project in Peru. It holds 100% interests in the Gaban gold project covering an area of 18,234 hectares located in the Gaban District of southeastern Peru; and the Tinka iron oxide copper gold project that covers an area of 1,800 hectares situated in the Ica Department, Southern Peru. The company was formerly known as Helio Resource Corp. and changed its name to Winshear Gold Corp. in January 2020. Winshear Gold Corp. was incorporated in 1998 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
