Inseego's Nokia Deal Could Nearly Double Revenue, Analyst Says
Counterpoint Research reports that Inseego's planned acquisition of Nokia's Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) CPE business could nearly double Inseego's revenue and significantly expand its global presence. The deal, expected to close in Q4 2026, will give Inseego access to Nokia's consumer broadband portfolio and geographic reach across Europe, India, and Asia. Nokia will take an 11% ownership stake and focus on higher-margin infrastructure and software businesses. Both stocks rose on the announcement.

Inseego announced an agreement to acquire Nokia's Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) CPE business, expected to approximately double Inseego's revenue and establish it as a global wireless broadband leader.
