Securitas has divested Global Elite Group, its US airport security business, to an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital as of March 31, 2026. The business generated approximately $100 million in sales in 2025 and employs around 1,800 people. The divestment is part of Securitas' strategic assessment program to reshape its business mix and geographic presence.
