Ellomay Capital Ltd. announced the completion of selling its 50% holdings in Ellomay Luzon Energy Infrastructures Ltd. to the Amos Luzon Development and Energy Group for approximately NIS 559.8 million. The transaction was based on a Dorad Energy valuation of NIS 4.4 billion. Proceeds of NIS 166.2 million will be used for early repayment of Series E Secured Debentures, with the remaining funds supporting the company's growing renewable energy project portfolio.
