Menarini Group and Stemline Therapeutics announced positive Phase 3 SENTRY trial results showing that selinexor combined with ruxolitinib met the primary endpoint for spleen volume reduction (SVR35) at 49.8% versus 28% for ruxolitinib alone in myelofibrosis patients.
